How We Collect Your Number
When you sign a contract with Cohesion Advisors, we collect a phone number from you for communication purposes. We realize that a phone call is not always the preferred method of communication so we offer SMS as an alternative option for communication. During onboarding, we will ask you if we may send you SMS messages for communication and get your permission before proceeding. We will only use SMS with your verbal consent.
Why We Use SMS
SMS can be a useful communication tool for customer care, quick check-ins about accounts, reminders during tax season, and overall quick communication back and forth between Cohesion Advisors and our clients.
Opt-In / Opt-Out
You will be able to opt-in to receive SMS texts. If at any time you wish to opt-out, you may type “STOP” and you will be opted out of SMS. To join back after you have opted-out, reach out to us via email.
